Its impossible to enforce an exclusive contract, and most models figure that out pretty quickly. Look at Mandy as a perfect example.
I prefer the "golden handcuffs" method. We spoil our girls so rotten that they don't WANT to work for anyone else.
I also think its a good business practice not to recruit or shoot girls that we know have existing deals with other companies. It's just not worth the bruised egos when there are so many new girls just waiting to be discovered!

I couldn't agree more steve
as far as I know we've never shot a girl while she was under contract with someone else, and I don't expect we ever will (unless we had permission from the folks she signed the contract with).
