    What do affiliate reps want?

    I was talking to Zebra a few weeks ago about what would be a nice competitive pay struture to pay my affiliate reps. Now that I have two slots open, it has come full circle, and I wanted to know what GFYers thought was competitive?

    Oh by the way, if you been in the business for a while, and you know this business inside and out, and you don't have bad karma on any boards, ICQ me, maybe you can fill one of the slots.
