I'm pretty sure it's no problem, I don't know any program that doesn't allow copying hosted galleries, but I wouldn't do it, they all got the same layout, so most webmasters would prolly not accept them on their TGPs. Use your own template, well worth the few bucks professional gallery templates cost today.
