Brad was too self destructive...
the decisions he made were too extreme...

looking back at the first episode: he is the leader for the FIRST task, and goes against everyone to choose a product only he likes... if the product failed, he would get the entire blame for sure, for making a weak executive decision

now how could you possibly take that kind of extreme decision on the first task?

and this time, I liked what he did in the boardroom, but once again, it was too cocky, his decisions get him into trouble too many times...

but wow, I liked the guy, alot of charisma there

what I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED was the way the mood went from Anti-Ivona to Anti-Stacy... I was loving every second of it, Stacy was about to explode

and I thought Ivona was a nice girl, and most of the disorganation was NOT her fault. IMO Its not that she didn't lead well, it's that given the problems, she couldnt recover quickly enough and then the organisation fell apart. If the problems didn't happen, the girls would have won and she would've been concidered a much better leader... it's not like she could've prevented any of the problems from happening...

The disorganization was largely her fault...did you see the brainstorming session? They had like a million flavours on the white board and they kept coming up with more instead of eliminating and narrowing down flavours. I even heard someone suggest a lobster flavour...

Then when they were making calls, everyone's sitting in a room all talking on their cell phones...can you imagine sitting at a table with 8 people, each one of them yelling on their phones and you trying to do the same thing?
