Civil wars aren't declared -- they just happen. History is the last judge and jury. What is going on in Iraq is indeed a civil war, but our brave leaders would never dare reveal that fact to the obedient lemmings watching the boob tube. Bad publicity and all.

As was predicted. Further evidence that they are losing grip. Same in Afghanistan. Hamid eluded yet another assassination attempt. One of these days they will get him..
