steps to get yourname.com domain back..
if someone registers your name as Yourname.com what are the steps you have to take to get it back..
for instance if someone registered WWW.GEORGEBUSH.COM and it was redirected to a anarchist website

Are you sure you are the only person in the world with that name? If you could prove that then you may have a chance at getting it back. Also if it is being used against you personally you may be able to seek legal action. Also if your Legal name is not exactly the same you would not have a chance. Just my
