NYC Expo = NO GO
Well, OK Guys..
Let's forget about New York for this year... I just received the call from Marriott, and there is no way for them to be able to accomodate us for the week-end we wanted (october 8-9th) and the week-end after is Island Getaway, no way for us to conflict with any other event... We were waiting for them with a proposal for 2 months now... At first (in March) we started this project with Loews Regency in New York. But it seams that more than 150 people is a bit complicated for such a small Boutique Hotel... We were also looking for some other hotels in New York, yes they have meeting space but all the rooms are booked... So it is almost impossible for us to take arrangements with any New York hotel in such a short notice... Meanwhile we will continue to work it out for October 2005. Thanks to all those who commited and supported us since we started this NYC project in March : HotMovies.com Mallcom.com TAG-Network.com FUBAR We do hope we'll count you in next year...  Thanks again also to all sponsors/exhibitors who were with us for QWEBEC Expo : NATS / PersonalBucks.com TAG-Network.com CybernetBucks.com Adult Chambers.com KLIXXX.com YNOTMasters.com XBiz.com 2Much.net Earncoin.com Progmatixxx.com Conceptxxx.com Penthouse Magazine + the 200 attendees Next year we'll get prepared a bit faster for New York so QWEBEC won't take all the place in our agenda in the last weeks before New York... NY hotels are such a itch to work with... Reserve your Columbus Week-End next year for NYC Expo  Thanks again guys for your interest in our New York event. I do appologize for the time I made you lost reading/posting to this thread. We really tryied till last minute to save NY event for this year, but with Hotels delay and the time we spent organizing QWEBEC Expo. it would be impossible for us to provide an as nice show as we did in Quebec City... Does the hotel have to be in manhattan? if not try the Brooklyn Marriot. its two minutes in on the brooklyn side of the brooklyn bridge.
