The amp is a Krell KAV-300iL which is one of the few integrateds with power to spare to run the speakers. It blows away the Classe Omega's they use to demo the B&W's here. The only other amp I have heard that even comes close is a Jadis tube setup.

And yes, I grew up pretty poor. My parent's didn't buy their first house until I was 20 (I'm 25 now). Everything I have I've earned in this business and I started with $0. I started in early 1997 but have made the bulk of my money since 2000 or so. So don't believe those who say "the good days are gone".

You can still get somewhere in this biz, you just need some brains and work ethic.
