    who's fishing here?

    Yesterday I went fishing with my brother , pike fishing.
    White twisters with fluroescent stripes were the best, we caught 3 pikes (less than 1kg each) with them.
    I'd like to know some tips from experienced guys...

          Nice. I used to fish all the time. Bass and panfish mainly. But not much the last few years. Did go canal fishing in hOlland last summer tho and caught one that weighed almost a pound

                          Went crabbing the other day in North Carolina outer banks and got about 40 nice sized crabs....

                          Crab cakes for all.

                          November is a ocean tuna run, last year we got about 400 lbs of tuna landed between 8 people over a weekend out on the charter

                          Most of my neighbors were given tuna steaks here. Ocean tuna is nothing like that canned shit people eat

                                          Fishing is my passion. I own a small camp on the St-Lawrence river in Canada, near the american border, and a 17 foot Princecraft walleye boat with a 90 HP Mercury 4 stroke engine with 2 livewells, dual electric anchors, 24 volt electric motor, the works.

                                          I fish for pike quite a bit, also smallmouth and largemouth bass. My favorites are walleye and brook trout though. Season for trout is over now, but walleye is just heating up - I'll be on the water til the end of november if the ice doesn't take before that (it never does!)

                                          I caught a 13.5 pound northern pike 3 years ago, we named him "Sylvain" and he now lives in my living room (in a picture frame though!).
