I think some of the optimization stuff is just hype...

I was near the top of Google with a couple college fuck fest galleries that just had a couple lines of text when using the search phrase college fuckfest..

Then I've had text rich pages with nice keyword placement, proper title, headers, meta's .. yada yada, and they were nowhere to be found..

Sadly closer to the truth and the really tragic thing is fairly good SEO isn't THAT complicated, but does take dedication, hard work, common sense and a little intelligence.
