you can't just search and easily find illegal dvd bootlegs being sold on ebay - you have to know where to look, and how to do the auctions, and if done correctly, people will find you

If you don't verify it it's illegal also you aren't making copies of his software but of your pirate copies you don't even legally own.

No lawyer could get you out in a court case.
