Best Credit Card with Airline Miles?

Need to get a new credit card and would like to get one that has good air line miles rewards and decent APR. I usually pay the cards off each month so APR isn't too big of deal.

I'd like to have a prepaid (debit) card with AM that's available in europe too

ya I already have a credit card (visa) that goes through my businesses checking account, but I'm pretty sure the bank doesn't do any type of rewards. So I want one with rewards to use for biz expenses.
