My house here outside Plymouth Meeting has doubled in value in 3 years.

The real estate market is insanely overpriced anymore for houses that arent worth anything remotely what idiots are paying for them.

Once my house quadruples in value, which will be 18-24 months at the current rate I'll STRONGLY consider selling it off and pocketing a few hundred G's
