Make the folder via FTP/Shell, etc .
Put your site contents inside that folder, and rename your main page to index.html, or index.shtml or whatever.
You can now access your site by typing domain.com/folder

Didn't everyone learn this 7 years ago...?

Yeah, lots of posts. Im not a tech guy.

If there is an index.xxxx file in the root of that new folder, you can access it by just typing domain.com/folder. If your main file is not named index, you will need to either rename it to index, or type the filename at the end.

You can buy gallery templates and submit them to TGP's, and just change the pics.

You can play with PPC SE's like AdWords etc...

You can do alot things without knowing the tech basics in this biz
