300 dollars per month? Surely that's a joke? If that's true, why do these people even bother?

So No, it never made money because she stopped being active on it and updating. Which is why it isn't worth the drama Heather is trying to create over it. It was time to give my attention and time to the models in my network that do update their sites on a weekly basis and are active on their sites. That's the only way a single model site-an official site- makes bank :) Ivy http://www.privateivy.com/pix/Forums/gfy/HHyear.jpg http://www.privateivy.com/pix/Forums/gfy/HHgrowth.jpg |

Only 6% of the gross amount is from affiliate sales. Wow. I'm surprised you - and her also - stuck with it this long. :) |
This get's better and better huh?

But...she has some of those rebilling members that forgot they are being rebilled ...hehe....so I just leave it up for the rebills. If I don't spend time on it anymore, it's not costing me much and any amount of $ in combination with all my sites is ok with me :winkwink: Ivy |
She sure did make a few enemies here that's for sure.
:glugglug |
Here's a screen cap of another fairly new models site in my network, just to show that weekly updates do make a huge difference ( and that all my sites don't suck as bad as the screen caps of heathers LOL )
I removed the account name as the model wouldn't appreciate sharing . And this also shows that webmasters aren't making their share, although I've promoted to you guys like crazy *hint, hint* hehe Ivy http://www.privateivy.com/pix/Forums...eencapyear.jpg |
The question that comes to mind is Ivy why did you go into business with this girl ?

In that sense, it served me well. I have some really awesome models in my network that are very active on their sites, and I would have never gotten them without having a site out there that I was maintaining. My business plan changed greatly from what I offered to Heather , and is working well for me. Heather was the 1st.....we live & learn :winkwink: Ivy |
ok so call me an asshole...
but if your not smart enough to run a buisness yourself then you set yourself up to get fucked over. I know Ivy a little from running one of my other websites and I know she isn't one who tries to fuck people over. |
Ivy the drama queen. It really amazes me how you are the one who decided to make this public, yet you tell Jean that I am the one who started posting on message boards about this.
Did you explain to the rest of your gruopies how you illegally took over my domain name, changed everything to your info and moved it to directnic.com? As far as the $300 a month, it was me speaking of August's signups. August brought in a lousey $300 and of that I got one check..for a crappy $23. Yes I do realize there are ccbill fee's as well as affiliate fees, on top of the 50%, however it wouldnt drop me to $23...for the whole month. My check showed under $4 in partner payouts. When I questioned you about this Ivy, you locked me out of ccbill and said you were locking me out of my website. YOU terminated our contract. For the record..yes I did get the implants, HOWEVER I also got a breast lift too. Something that was conveniently left out. The lift alone is a serious surgery. I had 120 stitches from that, on top of the bruising, soreness and getting sick the day after surgery. Still I sent Ivy content before AND after I had the surgery, that had already been shot. It's not my fault that she chose to put all of it up at one time instead of spreading it out over a few weeks. After that no, I didnt update. Im still bruised, a tad sore, and now had another complication. Even if that wasn't the case I wouldn't have sent her content. Why contribute to a site I no longer own, am locked out of and get no money from? Ivy, your 2257 isnt compliant. You have stolen content all over that website, no model releases, and no real custodian. I tried calling you to settle this but you didnt wanna take my call, so I am buring all the records. Good luck running that site without proper documentation. FYI...my signups didnt stop, from me missing a few updates, they stopped from you not promoting me per our contract. Ivy dropped me off google, had me ranked over 500,000 and changed links from my site, to point to hers. Regardless Ivy, you can try however you want to keep that up until January, but it aint gonna happen. Like Andy said in his email to you, we have the recipt of purchase for the domain name/renewal, and a screen cap showing where you changed all the info to your name. It's been faxed in to the legal department of directnic and will be retreived. So when I get my domain name back, the site will be gone. |
Heather, what are you going to do about the people who sent you $$ are you going to make thing's right with them?
|
The only one I owe is Donovan Phillips and yes...I will take care of that. I have his address and will be fixing that situation.
|
Ivy you should edit that stats screen capture to remove the account number. Some nosy people (like myself) can easily look through your portfolio clicking on join pages to see which account that stats page is for.

But here we go, one more time. You recieved $117.02, NOT $23.00 as you stated LMAO Learn how to add and you won't make yourself look like such a fool. Ivy http://www.privateivy.com/pix/Forums...eckAmounts.jpg |
Okay, it's big drama timez !

I would love to pull the site offline right now, but there are members rebilling and I will not do that to them. My contract and all facts are backed up on paper. If you are so clueless about that, go ahead and hire an attorney. I look forward to it. It will be nice for me to collect the $1500 early termination fee as mentioned in the contract. Ivy |
|
If you want the site that badly Ivy, keep it, but list yourself as the custodian. You were listed as the custodian of records until we parted ways. What all of a sudden made you list ME as the custodian?
|
One solution to prevent this kind of shit from happening is for the model to take a few weeks and shoot literally a TON of content, using different hairstyles each few days, taking tons of digital stills to go with each vid, mix up the locations and any clothing and props etc.... and you should have updates for a site for an entire year, maybe more.
I'm telling you, with myself working the cameras and one model, In 2 weeks I could have one hell of a shitload of content shot for a site like this. It solves the problem some people have of keeping to a weekly update schedule, I know that many really squirm under such a repetitive ongoing obligation like that after a while. Some have the ability and the dedication to put in the daily/weekly work, but others do not. Shooting content in bulk solves a lot of other problems besides the meeting deadlines thing. For example, if the model does put on weight and starts looking less than her usual level of shall we say... "Marketablility".... you have a ton of content to keep the site going with, adding small amounts every week or every few weeks so the members are happy. The members don't have to know that the model is going through some things or "having issues." With a little work and care and dedication a site like that could be making $1500 a week rather than $1900 in what, 9 months? Jeezus we're talking peanuts here. Think what a bitter mess this thread would be if we were talking serious money here. |

I do the same thing with Kasey ( one of my other sites, KaseyKline.com ) I shoot all of her content myself, so I go and shoot her or she comes here once every 3 monthes. I shoot enough pics and videos to keep me with updates ready for several monthes. 4 of the other sites in my network do the same thing, so I never have to badger them for their updates, I have them filed and pull out new stuff each week. I can't imagine doing it any other way. It's working smarter, not harder. And leaves me with time to run my business and still have a life away from the internet. :2 cents: Ivy |

Damn - almost wish I'd got sig. placement in this thread. Loads of drama on GFY but this is actually genuine.
Time for more popcorn. |
Whats up with the fact that Heather says she only owes Donovan Phillips cash, though others claimed there are several people that are owed cash? :glugglug

And it's not that I "want the site" , but I have an obligation the the members to keep it online. Of course today actually was a kick ass day for signups..... so who knows , maybe the site will pick up for the few monthes before I pull it. Well........... you have another site up now......but wait, I forgot that you won't be processing with VISA on your site, so not much of a threat there LMAO Ivy |

yay, this thread got some nice drama going
from what it sounds like, heather didn't know one thing about anything, and is now mad cause she thought she would make millions of dollars....haha, we all learned that ain't true real quick |
I missed most of this whole blowup and drama from before, but I'm wondering one thing.....
Why does Ivy have to be involved or negatively affected by Heather or Heather's site at all? I mean, it's HEATHER'S SITE, right? Why doesn't Heather just run her site, have it hosted somewhere on her own dime, promote it herself, feed it, grow it, and produce the content for it that it needs? Why would Ivy have to be brought into the picture at all? And for that matter.... why should Ivy or anyone else have to be telling Heather to provide updates for Heather's own site?? Man I must have missed a chapter of "running a paysite for dummies" or something, I always thoiught a solo girl site is run by the girl herself. No one needs to be telling or reminding me to update my own sites. Whatever, not really my business but..... *shrug* |

yep, that's about the jist of it :winkwink: Ivy |
