Yeah I post to TGP, but you have got to admit they are only targeting the underaged teen market. You offer free pictures they visit by the thousands.

I was wondering since most TGP have a warning and all that stuff, who honestly thinks that will keep the kids out, haven't you seen South Park.

Just to sum it up I don't want some kids mother sueing me for images their kid downloaded from TPG sites.

Yeah I do have AVS when they do click on the link in my gallerys but most just press the back button for more FREE PICTURES.

Am I safe or do I turn a blind eye waiting for that day in court.

What law says you are responsible for monitoring teens on the net and making sure they don't view porn?

I mean teens can get credit cards these days, so then pay sites would be at risk too.

I think they should lower the age to view porn to 13.

TGPs are probley MORE legal than other sites, solely because they just offer links to other sites(gallery pages). So, if they found a TGP owner guilty, they would have to go after every SE out there.

Anyways, if the tgp has a warning page, then there's no worries. If the tgp doesn't have a warning page, then the tgp owner would more likely get in trouble then the person who has a listing.

Anyways, if they went after you, then they'd also have to go after yahoo. Yahoo links to illegal stuff, one example fake celeb content. If yahoo hasn't gotten sued, shut down, or gotten a warning, do you think that you will??? Doubt it. Just don't mess around with cp.

Did anybody read that article a few weeks ago by ZDnet? C'mon now some of these chicks look like they've been picked up straight from the bus station. The site may say the girls are 18 but who's gonna prove it? You? Do you know how easy it is to falsify documents? The point is if they look like they're 15 they might as well be 15. Just like if a girl looks like she's being raped she might as well be. If people make rape photos or lolita photo they want them to look authentic. Back to the topic at hand. Are TGPS legal? Honestly I don't know ask a lawyer. I assume you can afford on if you are in this business. I do know of one very popular TGP(that will remain unmentioned) that stopped listing anyhing but softcore pictures. I asked the owner of this particular unnamed TGP why he did this. His response. He believes that our new president George W. is going to crack down on the internet and enforce all the obsenity laws and so on so forth. I personally belive that he is going to find himself to busy with China for awhile.

But yes, TGP's are legal. It's a link site, it actually has less to risk than other free sites (ones with their own content). It's actually looking pretty good for TGP's and link sites since the trend in recent legal actions is that a URL is like a phone number. So if that holds, link sites will be considered "phone books"
