Im not even a dog owner but if I had an AKC registered dog I would check out the AKC website for info on locals in your area looking for stud service for that particular breed

Why do you want to breed your dog?
There are too many dogs in this world as it is. Majority of them are treated cruelly as well. As Bob Barker says, "Control the pet population, have your pet spayed or neutered. G'bye everybody!"
