If these lists existed and the guy wanted to unload them, they would probably need to be cleaned, some may be 4 to 6 months old. Theoretically some would also be full data with name, address, email address etc. and others would be flat email address databases. All would be optin addresses (not unsubs).

I buy full data pharmacy lists, no opt-in crap though, just order records.
I could use databases from any business really, but again not interested in opt-in lists, just people that actually buy, ICQ me if it is worth discussing. |
