You should be able to change your start page back going thru start, settings, control panel, Internet options...

and this is what Wilbur posted to fix the rest of it.

Thanks Gem.... I was looking that up now, but you saved me the trouble.... I just caught one of the assholes doing it and wanted to make that announcement.

What gets me is these are the first people to complain when they don't get listed but they pull sneaky shit like this all the time. This HAS to piss the bigboys off because I only get about 400 submits a day and it's driving me crazy!!

I used to wonder why TGP owners were such grumpy fuckers sometimes, I seiously did....... so I started my own thinking I was gonna NOT be so grumpy........ well HAHAHAHA did I ever learn something, they are grumpy for a damn reason. LOL

I use NT4 and can't find the register key.

But when I right click the internet explorer icon go to properties and set the homepage to blank it works fine for me.

I'm not sure about the first one, but I know for sure the second came from a TGSW submit.

As a gallery submitter, it may be a cool prog, but as a TGP owner it really blows....that's why I have requested my 2 TGPs to be taken off the list, and by the looks of it, I'm not the only one who has requested this....now if only all the people who bought that thing would update their database my life would be a hell of a lot easier!

The average person I know around my area see ME as some kind of tech, so that alone should tell you something....... and what happens when they have all this shit auto installed? They no longer wanna surf porn..... then we wonder why no sales are being made or anything else.

Goes to show how a few bad apples can spoil everything for everyone else huh?

I'd love to see some of the emails some of these people get that auto adjust the surfers settings. IF they were able to find out who caused it that is........

If I had a list of urls I had to visit and I didn't want to get
auto'paged or auto'marked I'd download the page instead
of going to the url. Then just use BKReplace or another text
searcher and look for "JScript.Encode" or "*.js" or
"com.ms.activeX.ActiveXComponent".

You'd be able to combine a harvester and a dir search script
so all you would have to actually do is plug in the urls...or...
Perl or PHP could create a flatfile that the harvester could
use so you would not even have to plug in the urls.

It would all be automatic and all you would have to do as a
gallery reviewer is execute the "checker".

Tam, maybe you should get a copy of Netscape
and do your reviews with it.

I use it for most of my surfing and those pages did not change my home page.

But of you did that then you wouldn't be able to blacklist them and most surfers use IE.

Anyway just a thought.
