how can i stop hotlinkers hot linking my images and videos?

We're still trying to figure out how to black out areas of states from a site with HTA. They say it can be done somehow.

Hey man, also..check with your host to see if they already offer this feature. I know alot of hosts who will just turn it on for you if u ask..no charge. Sometimes its better if you have limited .htaccess knowledge..its better to have a professional do it
