Ok accepting orders by wire for your adult site or any site... anyone do it or know a company that can facilitate it.

You dont need a company to do that
Open an account, post your IBAN info and let people send you the money.
Once the wire clears enable the user.
You will not have thousands of them, you can handle it manually

some companies like Payserve allow it, but IMO it's stupid, the fees are often as high as the membership, waiting takes 1 week and there's less privacy involved

Nope, sorry, only few banks do it free but alot of them charge you for it

And then there is another problem: Some clever customers will check "recipient pays all fees"
