I know I am werid but this is one of my fave music videos ever

and the sad thing is that I'm not even really joking. I love the song for what it is. It is my vote for one of the top 5 novelty records of all times. I am starting a montly comedy music show on my radio station this weekend and I was thrilled to find the video just because it proved to me that I *did* see it when I was a kid and I didn't make it all up in my head..lol

the video

Sarah,

You are genius! I had no idea that Barnes & Barnes had a website (although these days, who doesn't, duh). I had a friend who was a huge fan of theirs who exposed me to a lot of their music. If you have never listened to anything other than Fish Heads, check out their greatest hits CD. Juvinile at times, incredibly misogynistic, but utterly brilliant. Well worth the price of a CD.

there used to be a show on Nickolodeon late at night (long before Nick At Nite) that was called Turkey Television and it was short skits from the kids from You Can't Do That On Television, music videos and just bizarre humor and cartoons...they used to run "Fish Heads" a lot as well as "Two Triple Cheese, Side Order Of Fries" from Commander Cody...

Don..we need to meet.

I am trying to get a copy of their best of over here but it is a bit of a pain as it has to be imported. You can pick up the odd tune (odd in OH so many ways) on Dr. Demento cds but I want the whole sick package.

Btw..i love the Take On Me pisstake in the video.
