weirdest thing :( need help :( - GoFuckYourself.com

This morning when I turned on my puter I realized yet one more time I had been a victim of yet another nasty little f*cker who changed my startup page on my browser. Little did I know, that was the least of my problems!!! The real problem is...when I went to Tools/Internet options to change the startup page to my usual...I couldn't. Got a Restrictions window instead that tells me: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your ssystem administrator."
I know for a fact this was not happening yesterday, I also know for a fact that I did not myself, change any settings, so this would happen...to say it bluntly, I would not even know where to go to do so LOL
Other weird things have happened all day long: when I try go into some sites (and they are only a few so far and sites I usually go to several times a day everyday, known, trusted sites) instead of getting the site am looking for I get is virualrealityz.com, the only way I know am there is cuz it has a huge logo that tells me this cuz the url on the address bar does not change, it shows the url of the page I was trying to reach. No matter what link on that page I click on, the url never changes, it stays exactly the same.

I was able to change the startup page back to my usual startup thanks to Gem who suggested this morning that I go thru Control Panel to the Internet settings, so that is not a problem anymore.
Where I really need some help here is on how to gain control over my internet options thru browser. What or where do I need to go and change things as the administrator so I regain that lost priviledge

Anyone have a clue?
Has anyone else had this problem before?
Any ideas? suggestions?
Would really appreciate any help you could offer.

...delete the "NoBrowserOptions" value.

Yup, I love amber! Have since I was little and when I saw this particular piece I could not resist it...had to have it

Around here it has many healing and magik properties and it is considered sacred exactly because of the time it encapsules

Many people react to it, but none dare to touch it as it is believed it should never be touched by any other than the owner. It is believed also that it protects the owner from bad vibes or black magik.

Last year I saw the most incredible piece I have ever seen tho, it was as big as a tennis ball, in diameter, maybe a little larger and shaped as a doughnut, it was red amber, from russia and the piece had been owned by a Tibetan Munk ......really cool

Anyway...enough about amber maybe huh? LOL
