Canada to Help Florida in Power Crisis
I was happy to hear that ontarios hydro one is sending a team down to florida to help get things going again. hope you guys are doing okay and that this will all be over soon.
I had to mention this since Im pretty sure that the papers in US wont want to mention they got any help from us ------------------------------------------------------------ Meanwhile, our own Hydro One is dispatching staff and vehicles to Florida to help bring power back to the state. About 1.4 million homes and businesses still had no power when the decision was made, after Hurricane Frances devastated the area. Electricity might not be completely revived until early next week. According to Hydro One general manager Al Manchee, 240 staff and 130 vehicles are making their way to Daytona and will then be sent across Florida to areas where they?re needed. http://www.pulse24.com/News/Top_Stor...9-008/page.asp

It's not like they're doing it for free. They're being paid by Florida to go and work there.
You make it sound like they're doing charity work and should be praised for it.
