Pics? Video clips? Live chat? Webcams?

My models use do do live chats but noone ever showed up. And we had a lot of members. I've come to the conclusion that all you really need is a bunch of photosets and a bunch of video clips. Rotate the content and update semi-regularly and you'll get few complaints.

I did simplify it.

Give them the right style and action within the niche and you will keep more of them happy.

Internet porn is no longer a game of numbers, you have to be a bit more inventive. Look at giving the guy exactly what he wants in every set or video. Not just 1,000 teen sets, that he only relates to 10%.

Look to yourselves and what REALLY turns you on enough to pay money for it and you are starting to understand the porn consumer.
