It's right next to King Toot's but I can't find either. Moe's is described in the Flaming Moe episode as being the "Wizard of Walnut St." & theres no Moe's along Walnut St. Also, Moe's is across from Bart old warehouse that was destroyed & the rats run across the street into the bar. That is located on the bottom right of the map.
