I wouldn't spend much money on domains that aren't exactly big niche descriptive.
It's always better when you just buy domains for your own needs and sell them if you did something with them and they still have traffic, so people actually see a real potentianl in them. Also I'd rather ask on a gay webmaster board if anybody is interested and how much they'd pay, not too many people doing gay stuff here I think.

Spend some time searching and you can find available .coms that are much better. They are very average domains, but with the .net they are even worse. The gay niche still has many decent .coms available.
