I won't pretend to completely defend the use of nuclear weapons, especially against civilians. It is NOT one of this country's bright and shining moments.

They should have used them against military targets, if at all. On the other hand, I understand the rationale. They wanted Japan to surrender quickly to avoid additional US casualties.

It was a VERY unfortunate episode and I do feel that we should compensate Japan more for what happened.

Last "incident" was when they collected kids from outside their homes (without asking parents) and loaded em on to a bus and to some "church".

That resulted in the church door being kicked in (they lock it for some reason) and my friend "interupting" the "sermon" and letting the preacher know he will be charged with kidnapping the next time he tries to pick kids up from outide their homes.

This is a sample of the total bullshit you have in your own State. It is little surprise you are just fucking stupid.
