Muslims?
Are you an idiot? This isn't a muslim problem. |
Muhammed was a vicious warrior who conveyed that when you find a non-believer you must destroy them and take what they have... ie women..land etc.
If we dont destroy radical islam completely we are going to see some serious shit..all over the world...this is nothing. We should have taken the embassy bombing in Beirut seriously back in '83...that was the Muslim BrotherhHood under the request of Iran. The muslim brotherhood is what became known as "Al Quada" recently. |

IMHO any human who uses violence as a means of delivering a message really does not have any message I am interested in hearing. I dont care if you are GWB, OBL or the Chechnyan Rebels, the fact of the matter is violence begets violence and the world needs to wake up and smell the coffee of peace before any of us will escape the threat of terrorism! |

This was a considered action that was not taken under any pressure. As the "President"(?) and "Commander-in-Chief" said - "We will commence action at a time of our chosing." He then commenced an action of "Shock And Awe" as I remember. A term clearly chosen to be "significant" by it's wording. (Smells like boasting again) The "significance" was that he knew in advance he was going to kill 1000's of people, including US soldiers, but far more from Iraq. The "prize" was some senile old bastard that had killed many people before the last invasion. Clearly it is "worth" the deaths of so many to capture this asshole. This must have been something to do with "US values" and "good judgement" on the part of the "Commander-in-Chief". May he and his "support crew" roast in hell. And God bless the people of Iraq. It may counter all the "blessings" the US bestows upon itself. |

What did the US do when asked to intervene in West Africa recently? This was as country that had "supposed" ties with the US. Answer - Sent a damned boat and remained offshore while a couple of dozen troops declared it was too unsafe to embark - then fucked off. What did the US do when 12000 people were killed in a hurricane in a county, Guatamala, just across the Gulf from you? Answer - It got a one column "mention" on the back page of some leading media in the US, but no mention in others. How much does the US give in "aid" pro rata? Answer: $4 something. That compares with.. eg.. Belgium $16.70 (approx) down to around $8 from several other countries. I can't be bothered with your shit - it's so pathetic. |

around 500 000 iraqi children died between 1991 and 2003 due to a combination of a US embargo on medicine and the use off uranium in bombs during the first golf war :( |
that is horrible

I am sick of seeing my president compared to people like Bin Laden and Hitler by a bunch of non-Americans who, if it were not for the war, wouldn't have given a rat's ass about the fate of a bunch of arabs from the middle east. You assholes are amazing. |

There are other "slants" on your comments - but basically they are exactly as you say, bottom line. It was the US that loves "lists" - it adds a name to it's "list" without any fucking clue. One was the Iraq sanctions stuff. The effects of these shit uranium bombs (the US answer to all "problems") is enormous. Currently the DP (depleted uranium) levels in Iraq are 19 times above the safety level. The "Shock And Awe" for public consumption means the place will have many more malformations and abortions than the numbers of people killed during the recent US occupation. This will continue for aroung 50 years. As a "sampler" one US officer was given 100 men to clean up their shit from the Gulf War. That officer is still alive today, but suffering. 70% of his "troop" are now dead and the majority of the others are also suffering from related diseases. This is a country that proclaims "good" and has "values". It is a country that cannot even raise a pen to sign an anti-landmine treaty and clear it's shit from countries where children are now being killed and maimed from their mines on a daily basis. It is little surprise the US has "enemies" - real one's - apart from all the "perceived" one's. If anyone killed my family off - from any damned country - I'd be shooting their ass out of the place. Some need a fucking good kick up the ass so hard, they will always remember it. |

"In October 1863, The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement was created in Geneva, Switzerland, to provide nonpartisan care to the wounded and sick in times of war. The Red Cross emblem was adopted at this first International Conference as a symbol of neutrality and was to be used by national relief societies. The symbol is composed of five equal squares, sometimes referred to as a Greek cross. It was chosen because it is a reverse of the colors of the Swiss flag and because the red cross on a background of white was easily recognized and reproducible on battlefields. " Here are some things Australians are doing to help the world. It took my a minute on Google to find: http://www.hollows.org/content/FrontPage.aspx?s=3 http://www.ausaid.gov.au/hottopics/default.cfm Also, Australia gives about twice the amount per capita in economic aid than the USA: http://www.nationmaster.com/graph-T/eco_eco_aid_don_cap Can you say "OWNED!"? |
