It was bought from my ISP by a company called Inkfonoledge then employees sold it on the side to spammers. Who in turn sell to more spammers. on and on. This si nowehre near being optin. I NEVER optin to anything.

I actually called once about it and they admitted it. Second time, they denied it, then two former employees of the company that bought them told me they did.... and told me there were employees selling them to big spammers on the side.
