No working from home?Got too much money?

I could never show up on fixed times or move my ass into a car every morning to drive to some office just to do the same stuff that I could do at home

You seem such a child with that response. I worked for 3 dotcoms from 1999 through 2001. As a flunky I loved working from home but as a boss I hated it. There is alot to be said about personal interaction in business. This is about making money. The more in tune your employees are, the more money you make. As I launch my program next year I will only hire those that live nearby. I have to be able to meet with them a few times a week.

Why would someone who has experience with TGP's and knows how to convert traffic into $$$ work for someone else?

A good salary, bonuses, financial stability, health benefits, stock, and being a part of a successful team with a great idea.

I think everyone here could be thinking short term. Sure you can make $30,000 a month from your TGPs but what are they worth? A publically listed company can unlock additional future value from the ongoing assets by charging a premium from future earnings. This is called a multiple. Your $30,000 would most likely generate a company value of $360,000 to $720,000. In the hands of a publically listed company, the market will be willing to pay a multiple of 8 to 10 times earnings instead, i.e. $2,880,000 to $3,600,000 if the company can show consistant sales over a period of time.

True. I wanted to use an extreme example. $3k amonth isn't very good.

If someone is making 3K a month off of 100K a day tgp, they should shoot themselves, or at least sell their site

This is a great offer for the right person. So many narrow minded people around here.

Before I started for myself I got:
                              Good salary: $2000
                              Bonuses: none
                              Financial stability: Maybe
                              Health benefits: none
                              Stock: none
Being a part of a successful team: Some people were great.

That's why I asked. We had to make our salary with galleries. Plus build/grow TGP's, maintain/update/build paysites etc.
                              For $2k they could GFY.

That's not how I roll. Full Medical, Stock, casual and flexible work environment. I am looking for people who are treated as equals and benefit BIG from helping to build the business. i have a big ship to steer, and the right guy(s) should be rewarded greatly.

I don't think $1,000,000 in stock options plus even more upside is unreasonable for someone who can help steer a big ship. The salary should be phat as well. You need people who are part of the crew, not working for it.

I want my employees to have the opportunity to retire from this project.

That's a shame. I could have helped you quite a lot. But I'm in Denmark so I'm out

You guys out of the country, drop me a resume. Maybe we can work out some kind of partnership/co-founding of a subsidiary etc.

There's always business to do. And opening a "foriegn" office always makes good news.

Ray is right, give people a vested stake in the company/project, treat them as equals and they will work their asses off for you. My employees all have a 5% stake in the company and they make sure they do 150% or more on everything they do and they go the extra mile. And face to face is the best way to work, physical interaction just seems to make thing go smoother, and keeps everyone very motivated. I have also found that give everyoen flexibility is the key, let them work whatever hours they want as long as they get their work done. Ray What kind of partnerships are you looking for? Were in Jersey, hit me up on ICQ if you want to chat

I want my employees to have the opportunity to retire from this project.
retire? that would be a good start

I was actually thinking about making some sort of partnership, somehow. There are a LOT of european webmasters here (I do prefer to be called Scandinavian or Nordic thou).

The only thing I don't have is a domicile in NYC. But feel free to contact me and explain to me what you're offerring, and if the offer is good enough we can always reach an agreement of some sort.
