    When the hell are they going to give an update?

    Why don't they have staff available, they are 24/7 and I dont think the hurricane could posibly be stopping them from working today.

                              - Even when they said it worked, signups DID not work yesterday, tested with 5 people from all over the country
                              - Rebills were not processed yesterday
                              - Cancellations were not processed either
                              - Affiliate tracking script did not work until a couple hours ago, meaning that clickthrus were lost for more than a day
                              - Most important, the area has been clear of hurricane warning status for almost the last 24 hours...

                              Looks like the iBill guys are enjoying the holiday, while me (and I guess lots more people) have been losing money... and they are suposed to be the biggest processor...

                                      Yeah, it's weird... No signups or rebills yesterday showing in CMI, and today we do have signups showing, but still no rebills. I'm sure it's probably just a delay or display matter, but it would be nice if someone could come to the board and let us know.

                                      Surely there is some Ibill employee located somewhere with a laptop and the ability to make a post on GFY.
