Like you didn't know: stay away from NSI

They somehow magically managed to transfer my decent type-in domain over to them. It still shows in my ownership, but now registered at NSI. I found out when they sent me a renew-mail. I would be able to renew it, it seems but I am not able to login and point the domain to my host. Right now there is a NSI paceholder on the domain and they grab the type-ins with their affiliate links.

I do not have any password to login to NSI but used their password recovery system. The email in the whois is mine and when using NSI's recovery system their site told me the password will be sent to that (my) email.

No email came though, What a surprise.

Renew it and then call them. I dont use them any more but when I did it wasnt to hard to get my problems straightened out once I got them on the phone.

I think their customer service has a lot improved since they got competition.
