no one respectes a fat man, think about it, if your a fat fuck with no self discipline where you cant stop from eatin pastrys what are the odds that anyone is gonna respect you. I have allot more respect for someone who has the discipline and self respet for themselves enough to not indulge in eatin shit food.

For many it's all about metabolism. Some skinny guys can eat a whole pizza every meal while heavier people can't lose or even end up gaining on daily intakes that they should be losing on. To be honest, your comment "respect for someone who has the discipline and self respet for themselves enough to not indulge in eatin shit food" probably wouldn't even come up in reference to the skinny guy, so it's not respect for their respect, it's respect for their metabolism. Pretty shallow for it to matter anyway.

Yeah, it is a sad fact of life....We were taught at a young age that looks matter. I have been fat for about 10 years now....I was thin up until my 25th Birthday. I do see the difference in how some treat me now as a fat girl. I am very happy with the person I am but I got tired of being left behind or judged before two words came out of my mouth just because of my weight.

2 months ago I hired a person trainer...I lost 25 lbs so far much more to go but it will get done. I will be the same person but , atleast I will get the chance for people to see it. I am almost looking forward to the day I get attention from the person or people who would not give me the time of day before. It will feel good to blow them off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The whole thing about discipline is just stupid.

A lot of the time, people who are not overly heavy, just sorta fat are that way because they don't eat ENOUGH.

Yes it depends on what you eat, but I will tell you that after spending a year working 12+ hours on the computer a day and barely eating I gained a lot of weight.

It was'nt until I started forcing myself to eat every 2 hours that I lost all that weight that I came to realize most people who are overweight don't lack discipline but understanding of how the body works.

I will tell you that at one point I looked like I could eat a whole pizza, or 10 tacos at Taco Bell, but in reality I can just barely handle 2-3 pieces of pizza or 2-3 tacos without getting stuffed.

I would eat barely anything like 8-10 hours apart and that made my metabolism slow waaaay down.
