Hoes.com Sponsor Stats For August

Hi,

A couple of regulars released new sites last month which greatly improved their signup ratio. These big companies can afford to keep their content fresh across many niches, which gives them a great advantage. That's not to say the smaller programs don't keep things fresh though. I just can't send enough traffic to them to get them over the 8k unique hump. Some notable sites which I think have awesome content, convert well for me and focus mainly on one site are:

Sapphic Erotica
Nubiles.net
FTV Girls

And let me say "welcome OCcash!". Their stuff is converting like mad so far. I love seeing a new guy blast into the scene and start tearing shit up. Good work!

-------------------------------------------------
Hoes.com Sponsor Stats August 2004:
http://www.hoes.com/sponsors/
-------------------------------------------------

Here is what this is all about for those of you who haven't seen our thread before:

Because we advertise so many sites across so many niches using so many sponsors, the many webmasters who submit to us daily tend to ask who we recommend for reliability and conversion success.

Instead of just posting links to a few of our favorites, we decided to compile our stats from month to month and post them for all to see. Basically, we offer a ranking of the top 20 or so sponsors that converted for us during the month.

We plan to update this every month and hope that it helps a few of you to make an educated decision about which sponsors to advertise.

Many thanks Marc - your traffic has been killing it on OCCash. Like I've said many times before with our stats comparisons -- my own program didn't hit in my top 10 for me, but I am thrilled it has for you. Your ratios are sick.

Ok, this is my final offer - 50 bucks for hoes.com...can you work with that?

Triple X Cash 11 1:15864 $0.00 5

Ouch! Anything over 1:2000 I would drop pretty quickly. I'm surprised you kept this in rotation if it was doing this badly.

Most of the hits went to "mommylovescock". Over 10k uniques sent and not one signup.... and look at what kind of mature traffic I am sending to them:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=milf

They ought to pull the plug on that one!

I had all of their sites on hoes.com. Even Little April... but I only sent 1000 uniques to that one.

I guess I wasn't paying close enough attention to their stats. I can't believe I let that one site go past 1:2000.

Stupid me.

Hey man,

do you use your own soft to track outgoing hits to sponsors? Because if you use click stats from their admins, that would be comparing aples to cars.

These are just basic stats taken from StatsRemote. Nothing fancy. Most count raws and uniques and I take the uniques when figureing out rankings. There are a few sneaky sponsors that count 2nd page uniques as "uniques", but I don't use that information when figureing this stuff out. I would just look at the true unique column and figure it out myself manually for a case like that.

I still don't understand why some sponsors only count 2nd page uniques. I think it's dishonest and I'd rather not do business with a company trying to inflate the numbers in such a sneaky way.

you have luck that most of the sponsors you use count 2nd page uniques, but nevertheless each one of them use his own way to track them...When you multiply the stats with 4-5 and get ratios 1:first page raw hits, wow, you should rather push my sites. LOL

And another comment... more and more sponsors changed the way they track hits in the last years. There are some companies that counted first page raws a few years ago, then changed to first page uniques and finally counted second page uniques.

That's why I always tell people that they shouldn't only rely on the numbers in StatsRemote.

I wish FastSize was able to pull in more of your hits, I'd like to see how it compares to the adult programs ... even if the traffic is more adult-oriented.

(I noticed it converted at $.50/click last month with Hoes.com)

I'll tell you what... give me your best converting text and I'll put it on every category page to see how it does.

It should just be a sentence with a link that I can place above the site listings on each page.

I'd like to see what I can do with the program!

thanks,

Top Bucks and Extreme Paychecks. Both are good sponsors, but I do wish they tracked 1st page hits instead of 2nd.
