Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich zitiere aus einer kürzlich veröffentlichten Pressemitteilung:

Mit In-Kraft-Treten des Jugendmedienschutz-Staatsvertrages (JMStV) zum 01.04.2003 wurde für das Internet erstmalig die Möglichkeit gesetzlich geregelt, bestimmte unzulässige Inhalte in Geschlossenen Benutzergruppen für Erwachsene unter Erlaubnisvorbehalt zu präsentieren (§ 4 Abs. 2 Satz 2 JMStV). Hiernach ist ein Zugänglichmachen von (einfach) pornografischen, indizierten und sonstigen offensichtlich schwer jugendgefährdenden Inhalten im Internet nur dann zulässig, wenn von Seiten des Anbieters sichergestellt ist, dass die Inhalte nur Erwachsenen zugänglich gemacht werden (Geschlossene Benutzergruppe).


Ich möchte sie hiermit darauf hinweisen, dass die Vorschriften des JmStV auch für internationale Seiten gelten.

Stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass ihre Internetpräsenz ausreichend vor dem Zugriff Minderjärhiger geschützt ist.

Unsere Empfehlung:

- Personalausweis Kopie: die Übersendung der Kopie muss durch das PostIdent Verfahren erfolgen
- Buchung eines bestimmten Betrags von ihrem Girokonto (mit dem Verwendungszweck: Internet Sex Seite)

Alle anderen Verfahren zur Altersverifikation sind nicht ausreichend und können zur strafrechtlicher Verfolgung führen.

this Mr. Friedemann Schindler seems to be of a german department to protect minors. His GFY ID is: Jugendschutz. He is cooperating with the GFY member DarkJedi or something like that.

first i have to say: here in germany it is forbidden to run adult sites without an age verification system. those both (Jugendschutz and DarkJedi) tried to catch some german webmasters in this board.

maybe it is just a big joke, but i think it is serious.
