i dealt with xxxoutsourcing, bunch of clueless fucktards, horrible designers. i will never deal with outsourcing people again.

Is it just me, or wouldn't companies who are outsourcing their work want discretion? I'd be really upset if the world knew that I was going the cheap route.
A portfolio is one thing, but hell- linking to client's websites?
Your reps told me the names of several high profile companies who are using your services. To me, it made me think that maybe they might be having financial problems. Yes, there are other reasons to outsource, but that is the one that immediately came to mind.
Discretion should be a selling point, no?

I don?t recall you being a client with us. However, seeing as you?re making a public complaint about the services we?ve apparently supplied you with. Would you care to post a description of the work we did for you then I am able to find out what went wrong?

If you were indeed a client with us, and can outline the work we did for you, I will personally make sure that wrongs are corrected. Merely bad mouthing us the boards isn?t good practice, especially not without giving people the opportunity to correct mistakes.

You used the term ?cheap? implying that this reduces quality or viability of a service. It?s not about choosing a cheap route. It?s about choosing a route that provides solutions whilst remaining financially viable.

The fact that any company makes a business decision to outsource certain tasks by no means implies that they?re experiencing financial difficulty. There ARE many other reasons to outsource, as you?ve already stated.

The remarks by Helen were just an example of her biting back at the insults that are typical of many posts you make here on GFY. Although it doesn?t make those remarks anymore acceptable and for that you have my apologies. Cost us 10?s of thousands in sales? ? Remains to be seen, although I DOUBT it.
