However, our business is conducted almost exclusively online, using electronic forms of communication. We use the phone too (and written documents when needed), but this board (and the many others like it) are our meeting rooms, our playgrounds and our year-round industry conventions.

Regarding point 2, I'm guilty of doing that too. I am a bit of an intellectual snob. Most PhDs are, which makes them as annoying as fuck sometimes. Bottom line is... I have no doubts that the "known" names are of "substance" (I don't mean money!) in that they have been around long enough to do what they do while they sleep.

I'd need to check, but think Brad has been in, eg. the audiotext biz for a long while now and he must know this biz upside down by now. It's each to their own - and each can have "value" and something to offer. eg.. if your niche is "big tits" - forgetting all "bias" and whether this is commercially viable to you - Brad can offer "big tit phonesex" lines.
