Actually...Your best chance is consulting an attorney who knows WTF they are talking about. It amazes me how many of the people in this industry use attorneys that are not members of the First Amendment Lawyers Association.
I can think of a couple of attorneys who have given their clients advice that appears to be in direct conflict with 2257. I however am not into naming names.

Only problem I see with this is it doesn't list the candidates that would be useful to vote for.
Telling people to vote leaves Bush as an option for them to vote for. More votes for Bush doesn't do doodley squat for the cause.All the best to you

The law might be a little different with special rules with regards to injunctions but normally - a law goes into effort - it is enforced against someone - then you have a basis to go to court to get an injunction - otherwise there is no immediate hardship.Comment
