I'm on high speed DSL in Guadalajara. I had first tried Telecable, the "cable company" in our area but they're so behind the times that every time it rained, the signal was lost.
Therefore, I switched over to DSL with TelMex (the phone company) and service has been great. |

I was at a cyber cafe in Tijuana and that shit was slow! Plus the computers were like 5+ years old.
