CCBill sells really well but Verotel is goin through a mad conversion phase.

All those newbs who think PPS is the way to go should try a Verotel program for high conversions and best of all long term retention and stability. Try my sig if you like to rebill.

Ever since the pro/ticketsclub split my Veortel sales have been steadily growing. They just needed some of the dead-weight off their payment gateway.

After Verotel blew off majority of the affiliates 5 months ago, the way they did it, and not even responded on the emails they said we should send if we felt that was an error, I trust them 0 %. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER promote a verotel program again!

Wonder if we get our 6-months "holdbacks" paid out in october? Doubt so....
...and all webmaster I'm in contact with, also newbies, I tell them to stay away.

With ccbill you can have hosted galleries where the webmasters can link into the site anywhere
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...tlingcom/tour/

However with verotel you need to use a banner code to link and direct linking to hosted galleries is not possible.

Verotel hands down.

I get 3 times the sales with Verotel when I ran them and CCBill next to eachother for a few hundred joins same traffic. That and their wire is always sent on time and arrives in my account that same day. Getting 1:8 ratios on the join page for the last 3 months!

CCBill has affiliate tracking problems, and scrubs too hard.

Epoch is also good if you don't need email support quicker than 2-3 weeks and have a programmer who can make up a front end and decypher their rather cryptic setup.

Just want to correct you there: it's not actually a join page ratio, it's a signup form ratio.

join page = I'm reading your sales pitch
signup page = I want to enter my card details

We've used Verotel as our main processor for a while and we are very satisfied with them.

They also have great support and always respond quickly.

However, they have some quite limited services. For example, if you want to have different membership types for the same webpage (say regular membership and VIP membership), you would need to modify the PERL script (verotelrum.pl on our server which is used by Verotel to manage the password file(s)) manually, and make it write "subscription name" in addition to username and encrypted password.

It's doable, but not good nor easy to implement.

I don't know how CCBill handles such features, so I can't compare them.

Also, since we are located in Norway we prefer a european biller.

I stand corrected rowan
But i would say signup page = "I want to either enter my credit card info, or I want to try to see if I can get in without it" ;)

Compared to my 1:38 CCbill join page (click through to the join page) ratio, I think thats still pretty damn good !

You can do this with SSI very quickly. All ithas to do is pass the reseller ID to the page. php is not required at all.

No they do not - Their staff are simply not trained to do their jobs properly -
I used them for back up on a smaller site to try them out. I was actually thinking of moving everything over to them - I had a problem and lost their details and emailed them (using the same email) The guy asked for proof - So I gave him our cc number we used when signing up - (Right - now he has our cc number and can verify our email address)
Not enough - We get canned and lose our cash - Then we are told they didn't know the system and they only needed the email verification -
Bunch of amateurs

Yes, because of fake ID.
It will work only with ID of real reseller.
