50 Harleys...
|
1. I don't see any Harleys there
2. Green is bad luck on a bike (and unless you are a Vago, could cause trouble) 3. None look particularly comfortable 4. the blue one looks like the carb is just inviting trouble So, I guess if someone was going to give me one of them, I would take the purple one. I think I need a closeup of it though . . . that isn't a magneto on it, is it? |

2 or 3 I've heard green is bad luck on a car or bike
|
I'd personally go for #1. I love the colors, the look and I'm sure it'd grab plenty of attention!

In fact, I am reading a book, "The Perfect Vehicle," and even though it is written by a chick, and she has some facts wrong (i.e.: Sturgis, North Dakota), even she notes that green is bad luck on bikes (and she rides Italian). |

Choppers just don't look like fun to ride.

Harley's are OK - in a cadillacish kinda way. I'll stick with sport bikes until I get too old for them. |

First it was the billet barges, now the rage with rubs are choppers. Buy a bike you can ride not one that all you have to do is clean it. I have an old school chopper, a balls to the wall sporty and a new lowrider and i have learned from experience if you like to ride buy a stock bike and ride the hell out of it. Ride to live, live to ride not clean. Remember spending 50 grand and riding 50 miles doesnt make you a biker.

I hope you're just wanting a cool Bar hopper, for long cruises none of these bikes will do:2 cents:

How tall are you Dave?
Those bikes are nice to look at, but if you are tall like me (6'2") then those things will kill you in a matter of minutes of riding. And the way those carbs stick out you will get the hell beat out of your knee. Besides, where ya gonna put the chicks? |
The second one, the color is manly

While I like #2 the best, I say you invest the extra time and money and get a bike custom built to your tastes, and fitted to you. I think you'd enjoy it more in the long run. :2 cents:

#3 for sure!

Or I can leave the chicks at home to clean and cook while I'm out on the streets. :1orglaugh I agree on what your saying, but if I do get one of these, it will be for short rides. |
