The hardest part about losing weight for me is the fact that my fiancee is a chinese girl who weighs 115lbs (5'4") no matter what she eats...

I have a cupboard FULL of junk foods... Its tough.

CumSensei 09-07-2004 04:16 AM

OK UPDATE!

Its not been one week on the new lifestyle.

Let me sum this up for you...

The first 3-4 days was fucking horrible! Keep in mind I almost lived on pizzas and junkfood on a daily basis the last time...

First days my body was screaming for junkfood and not the healthy food I gave it. I was chakein like a fucking drug addict.

But then something happent the last 2 days.

My body feels better and lighter (not weight loss whise but I dont feel that swollen)

I also weight in and I overguessed my weight last week. I weight exactly 135Kg when this diet start. I guess I lost weight during my holiday.

So one week is gone and I am eating smaller portions of food each day now so instead of eating for 4 persons I eating for 1 person. I dont feel that tired anymore. I must say this is truly a good feeling sofar. Even though it was hard to pass the first 4 days.

I tried to eat a icecream yesterday but I only took 2 bites then I feelt like I was eating sugar alone. Did not taste great at all.

So its doing great! Cant wait to see if I lost any weight after this month is over.

Next month I will start with training because I take this first month to get the hang of the eating alone.

To all of you out there trying...

Kepp up the good work :thumbsup

Ok a little update.
We are now 50% trough the first month and I had to weight in today to check out if I lost any weight...

I lost 5 kilos!

In 2 weeks!

If this will go on at this phase I will soon be reaching my goal.

Gals4free 09-15-2004 03:40 PM

Early this year i also decided to get myself moving. This job doesnt burn many calories as you all know. So ever since i went full time on this i gained some weight.

I lost 17.5kg in 2.5 months. And i followed http://www.johnstonefitness.com . You basicly watch your food very carefully (calory counting which sucks at first but pretty easy after a few weeks, as you repeat meals). The first month went the fastest. Lost 10kg then.

It also includes lots and lots of exercise. Went to the gym every day and twice a week i did spinning (very intensive group cycling exercise) and the other three days i did 20-25 minutes of running + weight work out.

In july + august i quit the gym cause its just to damn hot in summer here in spain. I started again 1st of september as the summer bbq's put on a few pounds again, but they are nearly worked of by now.

Id give it a shot for sure. The guy from that page also lost lots, and its not some kinda scam. Till a few months ago he wasnt even selling anything on his site, but hosting costs got to much so now he sells some gym products.

Id give it a shot for sure :thumbsup

Good luck!

Steve

I am so fucking fat lately. Gained at least 30 pounds in about a year

CumSensei 09-30-2004 04:50 AM

Ok first month is almost up on this new life I started.

And I lost around 7 kilo! or 15.4Lbs.

Now keep in mind that this is only be change to more healty food. I have not started training yet or anything...

From tomorrow I will start taking 1 hour long walks to speed things up and start to moving more.

I can strongly reccomend the GI method to anyone!

Will get back to you in another month on this :)

Got any questions just ask :)

Pornopat 09-30-2004 04:53 AM

Sure man..not a problem...but dont DIET!

Eat right...diet never lasts you need to change your way of thinking when eating so you can keep that style forever.

If you diet for 2 month and then go back you will gain weight again.

Eat healty and eat right amount of food.

The GI method is fucking awsome...do some reading about it.

But trust me it takes alot of stamina to start...you need to stick to it even when times get hard.

More Booze 09-30-2004 06:28 AM

I have lost like 4kg/8.8 lbs since I started eating more healthy. Not much but anyway.. :)
My goal is to lose 12kg/26lbs more.

I dont think its hard at all, I dont need all the fat food I use to eat.
Eat a lot of fibers and you wont feel hungry for a long time...
Oh, and drink a lot of water.

But I do have one day when I eat what I want. And its today, Friday. :thumbsup

zazzouche 09-30-2004 06:43 AM

Good Luck!

I have lost 17 kg (37 lbs) and still going at it. My advice is don?t give up and always put small goals it is easier to reach them than long ones.

Think of it as a lifestyle change and not a temporary thing.

More Booze 09-30-2004 06:44 AM

Yes you need to change your life..not just for 2 months..you need to change it forever.
