It really is beautiful - looks as good as it's described by you. If I was wearing a hat I'd remove it in honor. :thumbsup

54 square meters.
1 bedroom, 1 livingroom, kitchen and toilet
5th floor.
hardwood floor in 50% of the area
Green granite floor in 50% of the area
Damn small toilet.
Damn small balcony.
Expensive area, overpriced debtless apartment. :)

We bought our first house last winter and I think what we bought is too big for us. :)

2500 sqft, 2 stories
4 bedrooms
3 bath
.5 acre
downstairs bonus room/rec room (will be home theater room soon)

We have a couple of views. From the top of the backyard we have a partial view of the Olympics. From the front deck we have views of Puget Sound, Magnolia, Cascades and a great view of Diamond Peak from our Living room. When the sun shines, that is. :)

I like the 3 bedrooms and the big LR/DR/Kitchen area. But the downstairs bedroom, bonus room and rec room seem like overkill to me. Hubby likes the idea of a home theater room so that's what we're doing. It just seems like a little much to me. I guess that's because I do the vaccumming. :)

Shemp, they drained one of the big lakes up here several months ago because the dam needed to be repaired. There were $1mil+ homes sitting there looking JUST like your picture. I thought of you when I saw them :)

(I think of you other times too, but I don't want to make you blush by talking about it.......:Graucho )
