Not bad looking but I have to concur she certainly doesn't look anywhere close to her teens. Hair and make-up are very dated. I would say nix the make-up all together and see if you can do something about the hair that makes her look in her 30s

Nothing wrong with 30's mind you, but if you are trying to pass her off as 18, it just won't work.
