actually if you hopped on this quick you could make a few quick grand i bet..

They allow mailer traffic. Plus they also allow ICQ traffic.

Build an icq harvester, harvest gfy for a list of icq numbers , and tell each one " i noticed you on gfy just wondering if you have heard about the new gigacash promotion or have any thoughts opinions "
