9 times out 10 reboots fine. Sometimes it doesnt and needs a HARD REBOOT.
Just a windows issue?

Never tried it. Radmin is supposed to be quite good.
Gotomypcpro is the only one I've used (oh and PCanywhere way back)and it worked like a charm but "free" is always a good price so I may have to give VNC a go next time I need remote access.

Its a problem with the vnc service not exiting cleanly. Used to see it all the time when I was a poor ops director at a managed hosting company....
