2257: Instituting Martial Law - Pornography... the beginning.

    (g) Seizure of evidence. Notwithstanding any provision of this part
or any other regulation, a law enforcement officer may seize any
evidence of the commission of any felony while conducting an
    inspection.

If your computer maintains copies of your content, your system is at risk of being "seized" if they find you have committed some sort of record keeping error. As well, you can serve up to 5 years in prison for first offense, and up to 10 for any following offenses.

Don't hold me to it, check with your lawyer... But I think the the 5 year sentance is manditory. The judge can't give any less.

That's just craziness and definitely an attack on free speech.
I don't know what I am going to do yet.

As you may or may not know I purposely keep my server in the United States because it has the strictest laws anywhere in the world.

I'm lost on what I should do now though with regards to 2257.

It won't matter how your records are kept, the police will use any excuse to "inspect" your computer(s) anyway, infact I am begining to think this might be all about another excuse to look into peoples computers.
                WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?

It's insanity - from my current understanding.

YOU MUST post your personal physical real address ??

I'll have to come up with some simple slogan like ...
"Have you reported to Acacia yet?"

This one is mind boggling ...
