Gluing rocks or shells to a car could look interesting. There's a guy around here who glued plastic lizards all over his car...not necessarily "cool" to most people, but it's fun to see. A lady in town has a shark fin on her car roof and shark mural and painted on the body. (These are crappy old cars to begin with, not like they're messing up resale value).
A jumble of stickers like in the pic above just look ugly to me. Not like it's a great car to begin with, but it's new, and as mentioned, stickers mess with the resale value.Comment
