I love that movie. I bought it on DVD recently.
 I can't tell whether they're having some fun and deliberately not taking things too seriously, or it's just a bad movie.. either way, it's entertaining.  |

I put it in the same class of movie as Stallone's "Cobra"..... similar in many ways, both are ultra-violent, both have a corny sort of romantic subplot, both feature an uber-eccentric hero full of goofy quirks and slick one-liners.
You either love it or you hate it. I love it. "You're a funny guy Sully.... that's why I'm going to kill you last" --- Commando. "You're the disease.... I'm the cure" --- Cobra. Love it.
